Junior Associate, Rabin Martin

Shelby currently serves as a Junior Associate and member of the Private Sector Roundtable Secretariat at Rabin Martin. Prior to joining Rabin Martin, Shelby worked in global health research and policy, supporting several organizations such as PAHO/WHO Honduras and Vivo en Positivo Bolivia, with a focus on health systems strengthening, improving access to primary health care services, and HIV/AIDS. More recently, she contributed to a range of research studies assessing the cost-effectiveness of the Chinese Rural Health Initiative, low-income housing, and ending cash bail in New York City with the health economics-based research group Global Research Analytics of Population Health (GRAPH), affiliated with Columbia University. She has BAs in History and Political Science from the University of Vermont and an MPH from L’Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Santé Publique in Paris, France.
