Caitland Baxter, MPA, BA

Junior Associate, Rabin Martin

Caitland currently serves as a Junior Associate at Rabin Martin. Her responsibilities include developing strategies to increase access to healthcare in the United States, with a particular focus on vulnerable and marginalized populations, designing and implementing thought leadership platforms to elevate prioritized health areas, and providing technical and communications support to advance clients initiatives. Prior to Rabin Martin, Caitland served as a policy and programs analyst at the Office of the Mayor on the Commission on Gender Equity where she conducted research on maternal mortality and morbidity among Black women living in New York City. She also supported the team by assisting with the ideation and implementation of the Sexual Health Education task force, created to address sexual health education among youth in New York City schools. Caitland holds a MPA in Profit and Non-Profit Management with a specialization in Advocacy and Political Action from New York University- Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a BA in Psychology from Clark University.
